Hi, I’m Niki and I help organizations navigate change and develop innovations with positive impact.
I work at the intersection of service design and applied research. With a background in theoretical mathematics and experience leading complex projects, I help corporations, family businesses, and NGOs design human-centered innovations with positive impact on our society and environment.
I enjoy working with people, understanding their challenges, and helping shape ideas into meaningful outcomes.

My approach from mathematics studies helps me categorize information and see patterns. Design helps me come up with solutions and iterate them.
